Optimize title tags and ensure that they're unique for each page. Also it's important to place the targeted keyword for the page in the title tag. But it should be done naturally and within the context. The keyword should be relevant to content of the page, and we should avoid keyword stuffing.
Keep in mind the that the title tag should be optimized for searchers. It's the hook to the page. It should highlight the aim and benefit of the page. An optimized title tag could motivate searchers to visit the page, which results in increasing the Click Through Rate (CTR).

Optimize meta description tags and ensure the uniqueness of them. Just like the page title tag, the meta description tag should be relevant to the page content and it should highlight the benefit of it. It should show the searcher what to expect from the web page.
The meta description tag is the hook to the web page and it encourages searchers to visit your page, hence it increases the Click Through Rate (CTR).

Optimize the URL of the page and ensure to have as short and descriptive URLs as possible. The URL should contain the main keyword targeted of the web page and all the words should be lower-cased and separated by hyphens "-".

Use one "H1" for each page and ensure that it's optimized to include the main keyword of that page.

Break the page content into paragraphs to make it easier for the visitors to read.

Use descriptive images on the page. A good and meaningful image attracts the reader's eyes and helps illustrating the idea. Below are some of the guidelines to follow when it comes to embedding images in your web page.

• The image should be relative to the context.
• The image size should not be too large, as this affects page loading time.
• Give your image a meaningful name like "seo-checklist.jpg" and try to avoid names like "256363424524.jpg".
• Place little description on the image's "ALT" tag as it's shown to visitors using screens where showing the image isn't possible.

When following above guidelines, your image could show-up to searchers in Google search or Google image search.
